local courier delivery

• complimentary local courier delivery is available for orders to addresses within fountain hills, arizona and select adjacent communities including rio verde, scottsdale, mesa, tempe.

• please enter “local delivery” within the notes section while placing your online order and/or contact darling to make specific delivery arrangements (darling@darlingdearie.com).

• please still enter all pertinent shipping information as if your order was being shipped to a physical address and not couriered.

• creative delivery arrangements can also be made to pick-up orders locally including at the fh chamber of commerce, fh post office, fh library or fh community center (or??).

domestic shipping

• darling dearie offers complimentary shipping on all online orders within the united states via usps priority mail. all usps priority mail shipments include a tracking number, insurance and signature delivery confirmation.

• items are shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed.

• several items ordered together may be delivered within one or more parcels.

• darling dearie is not liable nor responsible for delivery delays once merchandise is accepted by usps.

• your shipment confirmation tracking number will be sent to you via email.

• packing lists/paid receipts are not included with shipped items. however, a copy of your detailed paid invoice receipt will be automatically emailed to you for your records once your purchase has been completed.

• should an item incur damage during transit, please photograph parcel before opening and contact darling dearie for next steps.

• darling dearie collects & reports arizona sales tax for shipments within arizona (9.2%) as well as during in-person events: fountain hills, az = 9.2%; cave creek, az = 9.3%.

returns

please be mindful and choose carefully as all sales are considered final. this means you won’t be entitled to a refund or credit under any circumstance. however, darling dearie may, at her sole discretion, offer a refund, discount or credit.

if you receive an order and find that anything is incorrect, please email her (darling@darlingdearie.com) immediately.

she typically responds to emails within/less than 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE:

in regards to her one-of-a-kind dresses, darling recognizes that clothing sizing can sometimes be a bit tricky without a brick & mortar boutique to try before you buy. should you have questions prior to purchasing, ms. dearie is more than happy to answer questions so you can make an informed purchase.

she also offers detailed sizing charts for all garments here. please pay careful attention to ensure a proper fit as garments are designed to have a certain amount of ease for comfort and layering abilities. if you find you fall between sizes, she advises you size up.

if you live within her local community, please contact her directly about arranging a private fitting appointment of her available garments within your size.

darling dearie reserves the right to change or modify all or any portion of these terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion. at times such changes may be necessary to address the addition or discontinuance of merchandise or services offered on this site, changes made to our business procedures or practices or other factors. more importantly, we will not be obligated to notify you of these changes as and when they are made. it is important, accordingly, that you review our terms and conditions regularly. if you disagree with any of these changes or adjustments, your sole recourse is to discontinue use of this site.
